Your satisfaction in your order is extremely important to us, for this reason we do offer exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order. In the event the size requested is not available, you will receive a store credit or gift card.
Returns are subject to quality approval and inspection. If the products condition does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted and your items will be returned to you.
Your item(s) must be in its original, unused (NEW) condition in order to be exchanged. If the item(s) is damaged in any way to include animal hair, stains, odors, folded or rolled, the exchange will not be accepted.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item.
